High durability PTFE corrugation hose

高い柔軟性と耐久性を両立した使い勝手が良いマルチユースホースです。

外装には硬線ブレードを、中間層にはガラス繊維を採用することで、低温～高温まで幅広く対応。
接液部は細かな波状のPTFEチューブで低反力と柔軟性を実現しました。
導電性PTFEタイプ(RH47/RH48)もあり、静電気が気になる溶剤・半導体部材などのプロセスにも適用可能です。
UK製ホース。EAR米国輸出規制対象外ホース。非該当証明書発行可能。

用途Usages

化学薬品・食品・飲料などで、振動・可動が多く圧力の高いラインでのご使用をお勧めいたします。

It is recommended to use vibration, movement, transfer of chemicals, foods, beverages with high fluid pressure line.

波状構造で細かな高低差を多く構成し、反力の少ない柔軟な曲げ半径を実現しています。

高耐圧性

硬線ブレードの剛性とガラス繊維の中間層強度を活かし、1重ブレードで高圧まで対応します。

補強：スプリングは全周または首元が選択可能
