塩ビ管など樹脂系配管の保護に最適な
しなやかさを有しています。

TLSシリーズの補強リング構造を変更すると同時に、ゴムの硬度も調整することで、強度の低い配管も安全に保護し、破損リスクを低減します。また可とう管本体をしなやかに仕上げることで、偏心時に起こりやすいフランジ接続面からの漏洩リスクも低減できます。

本体や接液材質で選択可能な材質、EPDM/NBR/CR/IIRなど。

変位抑制可

伸縮変位を抑制するためにガイドボルトを取り付けることが可能です。

注意: ●材質構成の「※補強リング」は負圧用及び埋設用に装着されます。●25A以下は内面がフラットな埋ゴムタイプです。●32A以上についても埋ゴムタイプの製作は可能です。●24時間運転やフルバキュームに近い負圧力ポンプの発停回数が多い等の高負荷条件下でのご使用の際はお問い合わせください。

Notice: ●Material composition " Reinforcing ring" is installed for negative pressure and embedding type. ●Below 25A is a buried rubber type with a flat inner surface. ●Production of buried rubber type is possible even for 32A or more. ●Please contact us when using under high load conditions such as 24hours operation, negative pressure close to full vacuum, high pump start/stop times.
