短面間で機械的な開閉ができるウェハー式スイングチャッキバルブ。
本体内面の材質をすべてPFAにすることで、圧損をさらに減らした上で、耐久性と清浄性を
大きく高めました。
フェルールでの取付ご希望の場合にはSF-LFAにて変換してご使用ください。

流体の危険性が高い廃液配管や薬品配管ライン、または高い純度が求められる半導体・純薬品・超純水ラインなど。

PFAが持つ耐薬品性によって、腐食や劣化リスクを極限まで抑えることができます。

ゼロ溶出

PFAが誇る最高強度のC–F結合により、ほぼすべての流体からの溶出の影響を受けません。

付属品：PTFE抑えフランジ（～100Aまで標準）

Accessories: PTFE retainer flange (Standard equipment up to 100A)

注意: ●接液側の内面にはPFAまたはPTFEを使用しておりますが、材質の指定はできません。ご要望については、仕様書などで別途詳細をご指定ください。
