クリーンルームで白金加硫により成型される高品質シリコーンホースの進化版。

高純度液体を移送するために設計されたプラチナシリコーンブレードホース。
ノンワイヤータイプのため負圧吸引には適しませんが、スパイダーブレードによる耐圧補用構造で、TH30に比べて高圧域での使用が可能であり、糸ヨレによる破断リスクも低減します。
内面は極めて平滑且つ滑らかで、細菌の増殖リスクを限りなく低減できるため、医薬品及び化成品、食品・飲料の流体品質を下げることなく移送が可能です。

用途Usages

様々な製造プロセスの充填ライン・無菌ライン、血液・バイオ製剤、高粘度製品などでのご使用をお勧めいたします。

内外面に半透明プラチナシリコーンを使い視認性を確保。中間層にナイロンブレードを採用することで、伸びや膨れ抑制する構造となっています。

材質構成Material composition

・スチーム洗浄は飽和水蒸気圧力0.2MPa(135℃)以下、短時間で行ってください。
・コバルトまたはアルゴン放射、ガンマ線照射での洗浄も対応可能です。
・補強ワイヤーがないため柔軟性が高いですが、曲げすぎると座屈してしまいますのでご注意ください。
・移送用に設計されており、吸引には推奨しません。負圧吸引でご使用されるお客様は、TH33・TH34をご検討ください。
・各適合規格は全ての安全性を証明するものではありません。ご使用時には安全性の事前確認が必要です。
・ホースサイズと継手サイズは必ずしも一致するものではありません。適用可能な継手金具については別途お問い合わせください。
・6A、8Aは、ネジ継手のみ対応となります。

For steam cleaning,apply for a short time with a saturated steam pressure ≦ 0.2MPa and ≦ 135℃ Cleaning with cobalt radiation,argon radiation,and gamma ray irradiation is also available. It is highly flexible because there is no reinforcing wire,but please note that it will buckle if it is bent too much. TH31 is for only delivery hose, not recommended for suction. Customers using negative pressure suction should consider TH33 and TH34. Any registration does not guarantee all safety. Please check your safety before using it. The hose size and fitting size do not always match.
