白色プラチナシリコーンで高い遮光性を確保。
負圧にも対応し、最高品質の送液を実現します。

TH33は、製薬グレードで設計され、クリーンルームISO 14644-1クラス8で製造。
吸引・圧送耐性、非粘着性及び疎水性を備えたホースです。
また白色プラチナシリコーンで遮光性を確保することができます。
補強層にワイヤーを採用することで狭所でも対応できる柔軟性と曲げ半径に加え、
吸引・圧送にも耐久性があり、高真空を必要とするプロセスにも使用可能です。
また内面はTH30、TH34同様に高い平滑性と光沢があり、様々な洗浄剤にも対応可能です。

用途Usages

様々な製造プロセスの充填ライン・無菌ライン、血液・バイオ製剤、高粘度製品などでのご使用をお勧めいたします。

It is recommended to use for filling line, sterilization line, blood / bio preparation, high viscosity product etc... for various manufacturing processes.

負圧適応性

ワイヤー補強で圧送・吸引にも対応。常温時（～50A）は真空圧まで使用可能です。

材質構成Material composition

・スチーム洗浄は飽和水蒸気圧力0.3MPa(135℃)以下で90分間の使用可能です。
・熱風による滅菌は、最大200℃以下で30分以内で使用可能です。
・１時間未満の間隔で繰り返される滅菌は、ホースの機械的機能に深刻な影響を与える可能性があります。
・各適合規格は全ての安全性を証明するものではありません。ご使用時には安全性の事前確認が必要です。
・ホースサイズと継手サイズは必ずしも一致するものではありません。適用可能な継手金具については別途お問い合わせください。
