PFA lining spring check valve

スプリング構造で逆流防止。
縦・横・斜め、様々な角度に設置できます。

スプリングチャッキバルブの採用で、一次側・二次側が無圧の状態でも、しっかりと閉止できます。
また、本体内面の接液材質をすべてPFAにすることで、耐久性と清浄性を両立させました。
フェルールでの取付ご希望の場合にはSF-LFAにて変換してご使用ください。

流体の危険性が高い廃液配管や薬品配管ライン、または高い純度が求められる半導体・純薬品・超純水ラインなど。

耐薬品性

PFA（テフロン・フッ素樹脂）が持つ耐薬品性によって、腐食や劣化リスクを極限まで抑えることができます。

ゼロ溶出

PFAが誇る最高強度のC–F結合により、ほぼすべての流体からの溶出の影響を受けません。

注意: ●接液側の内面にはPFAまたはPTFEを使用しておりますが、材質の指定はできません。ご要望については、仕様書などで別途詳細をご指定ください。
